Problem with Press n Peel

I recently placed an order with Techniks, the company that
makes Press n Peel.

They charged my credit card $34.35 and now they refuse to
ship the product and do not respond to any e-mails or
messages from their contact form on their website.

They also don't have a telephone number.

If they don't respond to me soon, I'm going to do a chargeback
on my credit card and if necessary, I'll file a police report.

If they don't reply?, how do you know they are 'refusing to ship'?.

Perhaps you should look harder?

I get my Press-n-Peel from All Electronics, fast delivery, no problems.

 I know you're trying to help, but what you just did is like driving around, seeing a car on the side of the road with smoke coming out of the engine, pulling over and saying to the other driver "look, my car is fine" and drive away!

This is one of the 50,000 rasons why I never use a credit card to place an order over the internet. In fact, I NEVER order from an untrusted place on the internet.

For my electronics, I have the store order the parts from the head office, and I pick them up at the store, and I pay cash right then and there.

Contact your credit card company and tell them all these details. It's very likely that they can help you get this situation resolved.
