problem with pickit 2

today i am getting this error with pickit 2 .
wht is this ?
how can solve it ?

Pickit 2 needs net framework to be running....

Reboot the computer to see if it still does the same.... If it still gives problems uninstall pickit2 standalone app..
If it still gives problems uninstall net framework 2 and re-install

I do that, means uninstall pickit 2 & installed agen .but same problems.
But when uninstalled, .net framework 2 .those insatal. Msg found".net framework 2" can't uninsatal .
