Hi,
I'm giving digital as 0011,1001,1100,0110 with fixed delay of 200ms. Now I need to drive the stepper motor using H bridge circuit. I used 12vdc as VCC and base resistance of 1K. But the stepper motor not running. I checked the circuit connection ever thing is fine. Is there any other alternative.

No, Cannot provide any valuable help without chematic.

Did you remember to turn on the power supply? Chech transistors pinout.
