problem with 40192 timer

Its LTSpice a free design program.

I would recommend you join this free User Group.. **broken link removed**

EDIT:
Added your chaser3.asc file for LTSpice

NOTE: you have to download from the User Group some of the models in order to make the Chaser3 simulation run.

Look under Files/Lib on their webpage
