Problem PIC16F84A interface with LCD 16x2 HD44780A00

hi....

my problems is the texts display by the LCD is on and off........ could someone check what wrong?

If you want proven working LCD code, check my tutorials! - I certainly haven't got time to work through other peoples code looking for bugs, when it might even be a hardware construction problem?. I doubt many others have either?.
