May I know how can I design a meter which measure pressure?
Maybe foot pressure?
How do I build and construct a pressure meter?

Can voltmeter be used?
I need some help..

I think you want to measure force. Google "load cell".

Pressure is something you can measure in gases and fluids.

Cause I want to measure foot pressure.

So i not sure what type of circuits that is benefits for my project.

Pressure is what happens in a fluid, not under a foot! Force is what you exert on the floor you are standing on, The total force you exert on the floor is your weight.

Before you can talk about circuits, you have to choose a sensor, which as I told you previously, is a Load Cell

Alright, all along I have thought it is pressure.

I thought the foot exerts pressure on the sensor to determine whether the foot is normal or diabetic.

Some examples might be the pressure mat whereby different colours representing different region of the foot..
