pre-sclar for pic microcontroller 16f877A

I am new to this site. i want the pre scalar values for pic pr2 register for calculating period for pic microcontroller .i am trying to produce a sequence of 5 pulses for multilevel converter with a new topology.for programming i have some doubt. can we take both tmr1 for calculating delay and tmr2 for calculating period on the same program.which are the pre scalar values for tmr1.

The pr2 register is the period for Timer 2. Check the data sheet Timer1 section for details of T2CON which contains the prescaler. What are you trying to do?
