Power transformer inductance

I want to use a filament transformer (6.3V secondary, 120V primary) as a step-up, and I'm trying to do some calculations. Unfortunately, the inductance doesn't appear to be one of the items on power transformer datasheets.

Is there a ballpark figure (10^n henries for what approximate value of n)? Or a table? Or a way to determine it from the transformer's ratings and coil resistances?

I don't have a signal generator handy, unfortunately. Soon..

Thanks!

Put a 7-1/2 w bulb in series with a winding in series with 120vac.
Measure the voltage across and the current through the winding.
Measure the DC resistance of the winding.
Then Z = V/I and Z = R + jXl.

For V = 1.0vac across the winding and I = 0.05A through the winding then Z = 20Ω at some unknown angle.

If R = 10Ω then (Xl^2) = (20^2) - (10^2) = 300, so Xl = 17Ω.
Xl = 2(PI)fH which is 380H at 60Hz, so H = 17/380 = 45 mH.
