hi
Design 5V DC regulated power supply. Assume input voltage of 100 Vpp AC. Use a transformer, a full-wave bridge rectifier and a voltage regulator integrated circuit. You can add LED to the circuit to indicate when the circuit is powered up.
I want to power supply. Please could you help me about the calculation and circuit drawings.
thank you

This sounds a lot like a class assignment.

Please show us what you have found, thus far, on the internet (besides ETO).

hello

If you want to convert ac to dc , you need following things

transformer
bridge rectifier
capacitor
voltage regulator circuit
capacitor
load

I think you need 5 v regulator Ic, 1000 uf capacitor ,
first you need to decide specification
1) what output voltage do you want
2) what output current do you want

read datasheet about component

I drew this circuit.but there are some shortcomings.I need to do 100 Vpss ac for inputI do not know the values of calculation.

hello vead
thank you in order to help.
1)I need to 5 v dc
2)I will you find current after calculation

The schematic you posted (wherever it came from) is exactly what you asked for (even the LED).

I don't understand what else you need.

look at this, Its just example for your understanding
transformer rating 100v ac to 5 dc
bridge rectifier (it will convert 5v.96 ac into 5.2 dc
filter capacitor 1000 uf
regulator Ic 7805 (It will give 5v dc)
filter capacitor 100 uf
Load

100 v ac<- transformer+rectifier IC+capacitor+regulator Ic+capacitor->load5vdc
