Hello

I want to redesign a power line filter with passive components (capacitors and inductors) which suppress distortions in range of 150KHz to 30MHz. When I use sites that calculate filter component value like this one: (Chebyshev Pi LC Low Pass Filter Calculator)

The values calculated are way below the value of the components that are in the filter now. This is a motor controller device with max effect of 1000W and max current of 7,5A. Are there filter calculation programs that consider the effect and max current. This or any information (suggestion for sits and readings) on how to design and calculate power line filter are highly appreciated.
