how can i adjust the pic 18f458 with LM1893 plc modem ??
i need a schematic for the transmetter and the receiver please

There is an application schematic on page one of the data sheet. You just need to connect TX, RX and one gpio pin from 18F458.

Be aware, TI lists that part as being obsolete. You might find parts on the surplus market for hobby use, but don't plan on basing a new product on it.

Read the datasheet for the LM1893 and choose a baud rate that it can reliable work at. Then set the pic to match it.

the pin tx/rx selector how can i make it at 1for Tx and at 0 for Rx??

In Microchips assembler,
BCF PinName, makes it a 0
BSF PinName, makes it a 1

You also need to set the applicable TRIS register to make that pin an output.
