Power For Sony LCD

I have a pic below showing the LCD, but the wires were cut and im not sure how they connect to power sources.

For one it works with cars 12v batts, so if u can tell me how to hook that up to a car somehow...obviously to the battery

And second, how you would connect it to the wall, and since its a 12v i dont wanna burn this up...im not sure why but if u know...
