Hi all,

I need a 14.41Kohm and there are no such resistor in the market. The only way is using potentiometer, which value of the potentiometer i should use?
A 15k potentiometer?

15K potentiometer mean the range is from 0-15Kohm?

Thanks

Depending on required precision, assemble one from an 11000 + 3300 + 110 = 14410. Use your ohmmeter for best match. Its' a common technique. G.H. <<<)))

Use a fixed resistor, say 14K and a low value pot to trim the final value. That makes adjustment much easier.
