A pnp BJT that is in forward active state has IE = β*IB,
And a npn BJT that is in forward active state has IC = β*IB?

I intended to write it in the theory forum, but somehow i was denied to post a message there.

Thanks!

PNP and NPN both have IC = β*IB.

IE=(β+1)*IB, in both cases.
