plz help works in the proteus simutaion but on harware.

i built a pic16f88 based thermomter and thermoste on breadborad it works in proteus simutaion but when on breadborad it does not work when i give it to power supply. please can somebody help me with this.

there is project code (C), hex plus the design in proteus.
