for my graduation project which have step motor work at 30 amp
so i need h-bridge circuit with MOSFET transistor for this high current

you can use IR2110 for as an mosfet driver IC
u can layout mosfet as in H shape(the circuit which u can find in google)
look for the data sheet for detail
