Pls help to find datasheet for a smd diode (written on its body) p/n
S4
66A

The designator or legend on the pcb is CRxxx(numbers),as we know Q is for transistor,D for diode, etc and CR stand for what component?

Thanks!!

Don't know about the part number, but CR is a common designator for a diode.

Looking up on The SMD Code Book S4 might mean a 0.1A 40V Schottky but 66 could mean a 200V 1A rectifier.

Maybe the package type can help distinguish further. A 1A 200V rectifier would be 4.5 x 2.6 x 2.0 but I guess the Schottky diode would be much smaller.
