Looking up on The SMD Code Book S4 might mean a 0.1A 40V Schottky but 66 could mean a 200V 1A rectifier.
Maybe the package type can help distinguish further. A 1A 200V rectifier would be 4.5 x 2.6 x 2.0 but I guess the Schottky diode would be much smaller.
