pll not working

i have a 567 pll with me.. the center frequency i set is shifting . the part name is il 567.. can any one help with design? View attachment 65685

What is the expected function of the circuit? AM detection?Remote control?

yeah got that working, i increased the capacitors connected to the pll power supply.. now its kind of stable. i think bournes components are good for this.
