i have a graduate project of thermoacoustic refrigeration
i have to use a sound wave (sin wave)
of frequencies of 300,400,500>>>>>>>1000 hz
can 555 circuits generates this waves
if it can please give me adesign for it to make it
please help me

A 555 will output a square wave, not a sine wave. So no, a 555 by itself will not work for you. Search for signal generator or function generator circuit or IC on google. You should get a decent number of hits with schematics.

A Google search for "function generator IC" came up with the ICL8038 and MAX038, for example.

The ICL8038 and MAX038 are obsolete and are not made anymore.
But the XR2206 function generator IC is still available.
