i want to build a shocker game but i dont want the shock too bad i found a game but i need the curcuit **broken link removed** i want it just to give you tingles or just to make you jump not stun and give you heart attack. please help

i want to build the curciut because on the lighter you need a phtsical contact and movement to push down i want it to be able to be switched on the some one can touch it and get a shock does no one know the curcuit please help
