Please help me to get the library for TPIC 6B595 in orcad?

I use TPIC 6B595 as a shift register for my Led Matrix project but i can not find the 6B595 in Orcad Library capture even Layout. Can anyone give me 6b595 library in capture and layout(footprint) please. I am suck in creating the new component in ORcad. Thank for your help!!!
