If it's 3500 vdc at 1/2 amp then it's a common (relatively) requirement for high power RF amplifiers. A number of amateur radio publications have well documented projects. Check ARRL or RSGB (amateur radio groups) publications.

I would recommend a REALLY BIG Power Transformer.

3400 volts at 0.5 amps is Somewhat Over 1700 Watts
(based on Efficiency)

And the Primary current will be over 8 amps.

I want power supply diagram
input 220 v
output 3500 v , 0.5 A
please help mee

A poor specification.

Is the input AC or DC? If it is AC, what frequency?

Is the output AC or DC? If it is AC, what frequency?
What regulation do you require on the output?
