Yeah sure

Iam detecting the radiations using the semi-conductor detectors. If the charge is produced when the radaition is detected, how can we collect that charge?

it's not that radiation to say the form of the radiation.
If we place a detector in space to found what kind of radiation has been travelling or radiating, then if it hits the detector then it induces a charge in the semiconductor detector. then how we collect that charge?

if u know the + - polarity then get an op amp(741) and connect it then feed back as u wish
