Placing a photo as a Icon onto a file.
I have tried the windowes procedure and a friend has emailed as what to do .
I still can not obtain a outcum.
Is there a different application for file and folder.

Don't you need to save it as a TURE icon file? just renaming the bmp to ico doesn't work the best... There are icon builders available for free on the net...
