piezo buzzer for rttl tones using pic

i have a couple of buzzers like these:**broken link removed**

is it possible to generate nokia 3310 style ringtone's using these and a microcontroller? cause i got a bit confused by the fact that the buzzers already emit sound at some frequency... i.e. how am i gonna to make mine if the buzzer already makes a tone...??

You can't if it's an alarm, as it already contains electronics to generate the tone.

You need a simple piezo disc, with no electronics.
