PICS for industrial use

hey guyz do u know abt pics which are suitable for industrial uses and applications, which should be highly reliable and durable?????I only need about 35 I/O ports..can anyone name some??thanx.....

Most are industrial spec! All of the newer 40pin devices have 35 IO pins. You just need to view the spec's and choose your functionality.

u mean if I buy a normal pic like 16f877a, is it reliable??and durable for a long time????

You HAVE TO READ THE SPEC.

They are all reliable if kept within spec.

If you are building a circuit that will see 200 degrees C, you will need a specialized product.

So, once you know what you need, get a pic in that spec.

PICs are not made for hobbyists, they are made for business and industry. They are just made in such a way, that we can use them easily.
