HELP Pic to send Keybaord codes to device

Hello All,

I am very new to the world of PIC programing.

I have a project going at the moment, its an arcade machine.

I have two graphics cards in it, both are used for different things.

EG One can only be used at bootup the other is used once the OS is loaded because of how an Arcade monitor operates freq etc etc.

The KVM requires you to press (left ctrl left ctrl 2) to select the 2nd display)

I have found the hex codes i would need the pic to send here.
https://www.electro-tech-online.com/custompdfs/2013/02/ibm_hitrc11.pdf

How would i go about programming a pic chip to send these codes to a PS2 port on the kvm?

i understand i will need 5v Ground Clock and Data.

Thanks everyone!!!!

Thanks for that, however that went right over my head.

I have tryed very hard to digest the information but to no luck.

Is there away i am able to get a program where i can put code into it and see an output ? so i am able to work out how i am going to do this?
I have 0 pic experience other then programing chips with pre completed code and wiring them into a circuit using a diagram.

I know i need to send this out a pin (data)

14 FO,14
14 FO,14
1E F0,1E

Thats left ctrl down up down up 1 down up.

However i have not figured out how to do a clock.

Really inneed of some kind of a program to assist me in learning how this all works
