PIC to PC wireless communication

Dear all gurus,

I have an project of transmitting the data from PIC16F88 to pc wirelessly within the range of 100m. I have no idea as i am newbies in communication.
Therefore seeking for help from all gurus...

Look up 'licence free radio modules', you can get them to exceed that range (but they won't be cheap ones) - ensure you get ones with in-built Manchester coding, it will make your task far easier.
