PIC Schmitt trigger inputs are? VDD-0.8V or ?

Silly question, with a PIC 16F877A running at VDD 5V and PORTC inputs (Schmitt trigger) is the VHI 4.2V?

From the datasheet normal schmitt input pins are 80% of Vdd, and RC3 and RC4 will trigger at 70% of Vdd. That's for Vih, high logic state.
