PIC PAL-Video creator

Hi,


i'm trying to create video signal (PAL) using a PIC 16F84A, but i will change this one to 16F624A very quickly, but i'm a problem.

How make a Vertical Sync and Horizontal Sync.

I need to count how many lines before loop ??

I only need black & white.

I can make a simple image like black & white bar's, but do write characters is need the Sync's, etc.
