a lot of times it is hard to see the outputs from our beloved Pics..
Even if you have a scope it is hard to see the output sometimes.
this lil circuit will tell ya what is going on..
Circuit description :
1) there is a reset ,pin 1 to ground..
2) Resistors can be 100 to 1000 ohms.
3) The LEDs can be anything that is available.
4) since it is TTL all unconnected inputs can be left alone.
5) Pin 2 the clock input can be connected to the pic output under test.
