PIC C programming Problems

Hi,

I am student of electrical Engineering. I am facing a problem in compilation of the C program of PIC18F452. all I write the program in the MPLAB8 and I have installed PICC-18 compiler. Still i receive error when I compile the program the error looks like it failed to locate some files or any type of opcode.
