PIC and Transmitter

I am going to use a PIC to convert my voice data into digital form and encypt it using the PIC then using the uart to communicate with another PIC using RF.Could this transmiiter used for this purpose(RF Transmitter 315MHz)
and the (RF Receiver 315MHz) for the receiving part

No. You need a higher data rate.

What type would you recomend,plz help,how could i make this possible,is there anyway to transfer data without the use of PIC via RF
