PIC 18F46J11 output timing delay problem.

Hi,

i am using pic18f456j11. the thing is that if i write a program for 200ns delay that pic gives 1 us delay. i am checking delay on DSO and MPLAB

output delay is given 5 times than programmed. if i give 5 minute delay it gives 25 minutes delay.

i want to design a pic that should give delay as i given in program...

Are you using the internal OSC?..... If so the default OSC setting is 500hz... Post you code...
