Is there any problem if I set BOR=off for 18f4520?
(osc=32MHz
Internal R-C oscillator)

Not if you're sure your power supply is stable and wont cause a brown out.

Hi,

According to the datasheet the chip will do 32meg down to 4.2v

Think setting the BORV0/1 to 00 , min 4.36v typ 4.59v max 4.82v, will then ensure it resets well before 4.2v is reached.
