Hi folks
I am new to pics I constructed the oshon parallel pic programmer the programmer has 2 leds for vpp and vdd iam getting the correct voltages ie 13.2 volts and 5 volts'I have been able to test the programmer with some different software an i can tur the leds on and off my problem is when i try to programme a pic i get an error message failed to verify a 0x000 i am getting a voltage of 4.98volts at the clock and data pins can anyone help
