Hey guys.

Im looking for this mosfet. By phillips (NXP) PHP18NQ11T


Im trying to find somewhere which will sell me 100, but right now the minimum I found (at digikey) was selling in quantities of 1000.


UK is preferred. But anywhere considered.
Seems like they all want to keep their mosfets to themselves.

Anyone?

Ive tried RS, Farnell, Digikey (who have the part on their website but dont have any), Mouser, Rapid, Toby, even phillips themselves (who only deal with companies already on their list).

Ive never experienced this with a modern IC before?
