Photo diode

Does anyone have a fast photo diode spice model? A discrete with current source etc. would be okay if I had some general values.

There's two versions, one using "IDark" param and one using "RShunt" param.

I finally built one using current source, r's and c with a bat54 from the library for noise. worked pretty good (I think- who knows).
