Hi i am presently designing a pcb and there will be 375V dc input, The pcb has solder mask. what should be minimum trace clearance for it to comply with safety agencies? is 30-40mil ok?

To comply with CE-rules the trace distance should be at least 7.5mm (~300mil).

For more board space and only if a solder mask is applied you may reduce trace distance to 2mm, keeping them apart 7.5mm at terminals.
