First of all, why?

Second I hope you mean 50Mhz not 50mhz (milli-hertz)

Third, the wavelength of a 50Mhz signal is 6 metres, to be effective this will be some enormous PCB!

we are doing a project on Pipeline intervention gadget. we were having troubles with trancievers so we decided to make separate transsmitter. and yeah its Mhz(mega-hertz) (sorry the keyboard on my desktop pc is a little rusty )

Why such a low frequency? You should up it to 900MHz or so if possible. Then they can be made very small.

I assume that this is something within a pipeline and you are trying to communicate with it using radio.
What is the pipeling made from? metal or some other conductive material?
If so, I think that you will have problems.
