PCB etching methods

hi,
I am going to set up a pcb etching lab in my home for my projects.

What r the things I need for that.

Any software is available for pcb layout drawing on actual size so that I can take a print out on a paper.

What I have to do after taking the layout print . Can anyone suggest me detailed step involving that.

Might want to search the forum as this has been covered many time. Eagle Cadsoft is a good program to start with.
