PCB design

I downloaded the free Pad2Pad software and have started to draw a double sided PCB.

However, upon looking at the print options, it appears that you cannot print the PCB sides separately. It seems that you can only print what is on the screen, ie. both sides and the silk layer.

I want to use the "Press n Peel" system, so I need to be able to print both side independently.

Does anyone know how to do it with Pad2Pad?

If not, can someone please recommend a free PCB s/w that will allow printing.
