how is this done? all i know is that the pcb layout is printed to clear shets and exposed to uv light but how does this method work?

thanx

Hi!

This method is perfect. You print on a transparent sheet. Youy put the sheet on your pre sensibilised board. Then, you insolate with UV. The black part of the sheet is copied ont the board. You put the board in the revelator and you can etch.

MG Chemcals has a video that you can download and watch, which depicts the basic steps to PCB making using the photofabrication process. Pretty neat to see it in a video.

Look under "Photofabrication Video" there's three choices depending on the file type you want. I've watched it, it's pretty simple, nothing fancy, just some guy doing the process and explaining as he goes through.
