working on a otc meter 700 model no voltage reading an ohms reading incorrect on inputs on circuit board inputs marked spg1 an 2 1st point after inputs could this be a fuse components marked a620 taiyo please help i bypassed these with a jumper an it didn,t help thanks
 
It may have been a spark-gap surge arrestor. The part number may actually have been AG20-xxxxx , a taiyo series number for their spark-gaps. If it is across the inputs, a short with a jumper is the opposite of what you want, you are shorting the input.
