I need help. I have to build a PCB board and the design is complex, are there any clever progamms that will automatically design the board for me?

Eagle layout editor is a handy tool to design PCB's
(full version is not free, but the demo is, of course having some restrictions)
This program can route automatically but, like all software, sometimes acts rather stupid and requires a helping hand...
If the design is really complex then i guess most of it will still have to be done by hand.
