pc controlled robot

i want to connect my RF module to my computer,, actually this is an dragonfly it consist of four dc motors, when all four rotates in same RPM it lifts up, and for to and foe motion i control want to control the speed of only one motor... and for left and right shift i want to control the speed of adjacent motor .....

please kindly help on it to make a controlling circuitry for it....
 
actually i have an idea for this thread but.... i don't know its working well.... so kindly post your schematic diagram in order to analyze... thnkz..
