PBX For IVR

I'm new to electronics and Communication. I'm trying to create an IVR for my final year project. Here I need to handle multiple call . so I thought of using a PBX for this . what I'm asking is that Is there any PBX which can fit in to a PCI port in a PC.
if so can any one give me any link for it

Perhaps you should get in touch with this chap

It's not a PCI card (that would cost a lot!) but it is a PBX... and it could be cheap to build. You could hook into it for your IVR application.... maybe
