Part Identification Needed

Hello, I am new to the forum. I have been searching for a source for a transistor that is used in the electronic ignition system of my 67 Suzuki X6 Hustler. It says...BU941 and 9M663 and 9M 549 with MYS below and the maker appears to be ST. I purchased the system to replace the old points system. Any help would be appreciated. I live in Central florida, USA. Thanks, Tim PS, To tell the truth, this forum looks to be way over my head!!

However, it could be that something else has failed which caused the BU941 to fail.
