Does anyone know what this part is? Having trouble finding it for myself and not sure how to test to see if the part is ok or not. Thanks in advance!

I think it was made by Panasonic. I think it is a pack of resistors. (resistor pack) Something like my picture. Made many years ago. 1k ohms.

Agree, it looks like a 1k ohm resistor pack. However, there are different styles of these. Some have a common pin for pull up or pull down on the rest of the lines. Others are in pairs, so pin 1-2 is one resistor, 3-4 is another, etc.
You would need to measure the pins on that pack to see what configuration it is.

Then again, it could be some custom "module" from a voltage regulator as in this blog:

Have you measured the resistance from pin to pin? There are a hand full of common schematics for resistor networks, you might be able to tell what it is.
