Part Construction in Eagle Query

Well actually not so much a query about eagle, more of a query about a part I am creating.

Take a look at the attached PCB layout which is part of a datasheet for a Molex SD Card.

I have circled two pads which are called "IO grounding". Do I just need to connect these pads to ground?
